FAQ

New to Avon?!? Welcome.
Here is a short list of frequently asked questions posed by many of my customers:




1) Question: How often do you place and order?

Answer: I place orders according to a schedule that Avon sets, which is every two weeks

2) Question: When is payment due?

Answer: If you elect direct delivery, your payment is due when you place your order. If you elect representative delivery, your payment is due when your order arrives

3) Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: I accept cash, check, credit/debit (mastercard, visa, & discover.) For any checks that are returned by my financial institution due to insufficient funds, you will be charged an additional fee to cover any fees charged.

4) Question: What if I want to order something from a past campaign?

Answer: You can order up to the previous 2 campaigns. For example, we are currently in campaign 4 so you can still order from campaign 2 & 3.

5) Question: Are there any fees charged to place an order?

Answer: For both direct delivery and representative delivery there are shipping fees involved as we live in a "remote" area. The shipping fee to Hawaii is currently 15%. Also if you elect direct delivery there is a minimum shipping fee of $7.00 no matter what your order size and you may be charged a "hazardous shipping" fee of $15 if you order items deemed hazardous to ship, usually if it contains alcohol like nail polish and perfume. You can avoid the hazardous shipping fee by electing representative delivery. To make direct delivery work for you, I usually recommend my customers to elect this option only if they need items outside my ordering schedule, not ordering "hazardous" items, and if they are placing an order over $50.00 That way you are making that shipping fee worth it.

6) Question: Ok, I selected representative delivery, when can I expect my order to arrive?

Answer: Once my order is submitted to Avon on my scheduled order date, I usually receive the shipment in 1 week. Once I receive the order, I will contact you to schedule a drop off.
